Pricing & Payment
All prices on this website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax). We accept payment via Squarespace Payments which include, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Product Information & Claims
We take care to ensure all product descriptions and claims about our natural, non-toxic cleaning products are accurate and substantiated. All ingredients are clearly listed on the product pages. If you have any sensitivities or concerns, please review the ingredients carefully before purchase. The images shown are for illustration purposes only.
Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) are protected.
We are "in trade," and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or affect your rights under the CGA where goods are acquired for personal use. Goods sold by us are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and to match their description.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CGA POLICY
Your Rights Under the CGA
The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) protects you when you buy products for personal use. If a product we sell is faulty, significantly different from the description, or unsafe, you have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair. We will meet all our obligations under the CGA.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order is damaged in transit or a product is faulty: Please stop using the product and contact us immediately (within 2 days) at ash@maeveandco.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our expense. Once we have assessed the item, we will offer a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, as required by the CGA.
Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. This is because our products are made to order.
Incorrect Product Sent
If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, please notify us within 2 business days. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected at our cost and promptly send out the correct product.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Any statements made by Maeve&Co NZ. regarding the properties or benefits of our products have not been evaluated by the Ministry of Health, New Zealand or any other regulatory body.

Patch Test Policy: We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Every product description includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If you are in doubt or have sensitive skin, always perform an allergy patch test as directed on the label.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product immediately and wash the affected area with oil (such as olive oil or fractionated coconut oil), followed by cold water.
All Maeve&Co NZ products are for external use only as directed on the product label.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days of receiving full payment. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Times
We use Pass the Parcel for all deliveries within New Zealand. Note: Rural addresses may take longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Responsibility
Once we hand your order over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the courier and is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can promptly arrange a replacement or refund and address the issue with the courier.
Delayed Orders
If a delivery is delayed significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
